The complimentary cava upon arrival was a good surprise, and the tranquility of the pool area made for a perfect retreat after exploring. Staff were friendly and ready to assist at any hour.

Excellent and incredible setting, near to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants, and the Flamingo Suites in October 2013. Again, walking distance to Aqualand Costa Adeje. En suite room, very comfy beds, large bathroom;))

Perfect service .
I was disappointed with the pulsing street noise . It was quite frustrating to deal with loud tourists outside our window. I found that the pool area was overcrowded. Guests constantly reserved lounge chairs with towels but hardly used them.

I loved the quiet pool area. It was a peaceful retreat, and finding a sunbed was so easy. The private pool in our suite. Staff were attentive. They helped me sort out my wedding readings when I accidentally left them at home. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially during the heatwave. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed, but I did notice a few cockroaches here and there, which can be expected in warm climates. Wi-Fi could be unreliable at times, especially near the pool, frustrating when I needed to get some work done. I wish they had informed me about the steam room earlier. I would have loved to use that . Enjoyed the complimentary cava upon arrival and the fact that there were many great dining options nearby.

There is lots of delicious food for breakfast. I must comment on its central location - it was amazing.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

The Flamingo Suites are very central, we stayed in the one bed with private pool, luxury.. As there are only 18 apartments and 4 have private pools the large pool is never very busy. Very clean.
This is the second year we have stayed here, I feel that the kitchen and bathroom could do with an upgrade. The choice of tv channels are very poor, we were the only English speaking people in the complex, sometimes the english programs would disappear when we were watching them. As it was the week the tennis was on we wanted to watch some games, we could not get a channel that was showing it.

We had suite 101, a 2 bed duplex with garden and private pool. Absolutely first class. Really comfy and spacious and the benefit of all the english tv channells if you wish to stay in at night babysitting.
Health & Safety dangers. No alarm or guarding to the pool with 2 sets of patio doors to the outside. The gate from the patio leading to steep concrete steps down to the outside has the first step inside the gate allowing a child to fall in the trap and easily under the gate and down the steps. Also, the shrubs around the patio are all very nasty thorny bushes. We had to use all the sunbeds to protect our 18 month child from these very real dangers. Its an accident waiting to happen.

The two-bedroom suite had three balconies with amazing views of the harbor and quick access to the beach in just five minutes. The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. Daily cleaning kept everything super clean. The heated pool was perfect, and towels were easily available. Staff promptly fixed any issue we had.

Quiet location and rooms have a good ambiance.
Not a great value if your coming from us. Prices are quoted in Euro's and the Euro is overrated. You loose a lot with exchange from us dollars. The facilty is catered towards Russians, local restaurants and business are catered towards that demographics. You have to leave the area in order to enjoy the local flavor of the Canary Islands. Tv is only in Spanish or Russian. No bbc or cnn.

Location good, great area, great beach. Friendly staff, large apartment with loungers, table on its own large terrace in very good quality. Breakfast was good and was brought in, we enjoyed breakfast on our route.
Parking nearby expensive 20€/night. Lots of cheap restaurants in town, too English for me. In many "Spanish restaurants there are Cinesen in the kitchen.
